Watkins Cook Book was one of the must-have cookbooks of generations past.   The 1943 fourth edition is a revised and updated version of the original 1936 publication and in celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Watkins company.  Elaine Allen, who was Director of Home Economics for the Watkins company, edited this book and personally prepared every recipe. Ms Allen would often tour in support of Watkins products cooking demonstrations around the country.
