Refund policy

Returns

To return a purchase, please contact us and provide the reason for your return request. We will respond within two business days. If your return request is approved, we will email you a postage-paid return label. Eligibility for the return is solely at the discretion of Domestic Bliss Lifestyle Books and Essentials.

Refunds

To be deemed eligible for a refund, your item must be received at Domestic Bliss Lifestyle Books and Essentials within 30 days of the Canada Post ship date. Your purchase must be in its original package, unused, and in the same condition as when received. Proof of purchase or packing slip must be enclosed in the package.  

Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
