Condition: Good + Silver lettering on blue front board and on spine is bright and crisp. Minor rubbing on spine. Binding is tight with no loose pages. Spine is slightly cocked. About 15 pages have some staining but does not affect legibility otherwise the text is clean and unmarred. Has previous owner's name inscribed on back of front cover board.The Blue Book of Cookery features a fascinating and detailed introduction by Emily Post. The meus are based on the seasons and provides recipes for each dish. It also contains several black and white photos of finished result. A wonderful collectable.
