One thing's for sure: perfect wrapping, bags, and tags don't come from a store; they come from these eye-popping projects, that take advantage of the same tools and materials scrapbookers know and love. Every project is beautifully presented and coordinated, such as the You're My Cup of Tea package, with a cup and saucer swathed in mesh and silk ribbon and adorned with velvet flowers, tea bags tucked into vellum envelopes, and a Victorian calling card attached. Some of the packaging actually becomes part of the gift itself, such as metal cooling racks wired together to form a basket for kitchen items. Other ideas involve using textured papers to cover boxes, attaching fun embellishments, and painting and découpaging bags.
