Good Cooking Made Easy and Economical by Marjorie Heseltine, Ula M. Dow 1936

Condition: Good  All pages and cover are intact. Well-loved pages contain limited notes on the front fore page and inside back cover. Small food stains on about a quarter of the 561 pages but the text is unaffected.  The fabric cover has stains and has become partially detached from the spine. Edge-wear present. The bookbinding remains firm although the spine is slightly cocked.  

This is a 1936 edition of Good Cooking, Made Easy and Economical is a classic with hundreds of recipes organized in 28 sections with a comprehensive index.  

A small label indicates the original bookseller was located in historic Tory Row in Cambridge Mass.  A cookbook with an 85-year-old story!
