The Treasury of Newfoundland Dishes has been a favourite since it was first published in 1958. Despite being out of print since 1983, the Treasury has maintained its reputation as one of the best collections of authentic local recipes.  Newfoundlanders submitted thousands of recipes as well as local sayings and lore and the Treasury was created. With this edition, another generation can enjoy dishes which have long been celebrated throughout Newfoundland.
