Ella Mae Ives was the one-time state director of the Women's Christian Temperance Union. Ives was also the author of "The Dispatch Cook Book," published in 1928, and numerous other dietary and cookbooks.
Condition: Very Good. Text is clean and crisp. No markings of any kind. Cover boards show minimal signs of wear, and the gold lettering is clear and bright. Binding is tight. Pages intact. Yellowing on the inside of the cover boards. No Dust Jacket. Neatly and boldly penned the former owner's name on the front and back fly pages.
