Condition: Good +  Coil binding is in overall good condition but loose at head and tail; cover shows signs of shelf wear, and has a small watermark on inside front cover.  Inside of back cover has light coloured stains. Page 196 has a small pencil notation otherwise on markings on text. Edges have rubbing and are yellowed with age.  Binding error occurred such that pages 35 to 48 are duplicated and have been inserted upside down between pages 140 and 141.
