The great interest they both shared was their love for and skill in cooking which also contributed to their friendship. Errol Barrow was the Prime Minister of Barbados.  Dr. Lee is of Chinese origin was from Trinidad. 

Privilege is a Barbadian dish frequently cooked in agricultural areas. It is unique, simple to prepare and of high nutritional value.
